Nancy Anderson will present “New Techniques in Bubble Backgrounds.” Nancy has been working with these techniques using vellum and other materials, and she will have materials on hand for you to try them too.
Bring a variety of light- to medium- toned papers in smallish sizes, and scrapbook papers if you have some on hand, to make background papers to use later. Watercolor paper works well too. Wear clothes that might get messed up.
There will be a materials fee of $3.
